How to View  Application Status using the Application Summary

Upon logging in, the Application Summary page displays. All Users can view applications created in the last 30 days. Status' include: Submitted - Application has been submitted to the state for DOT processing Application Received - Application has been placed via web, phone or fax and has been received by Permit Wizard Pending - Application has been received and is in process, no permit has been attached Completed - Order has been complete and permit is delivered to customer

Step 1	Login, the Application Summary page displays, click Last 30 Day Applications hyperlink
Step 2	Last 30 Day Applications page displays
Step 3	Table can be sorted by clicking blue heading
Step 4	Click blue hyperlink Application Number to view Order Summary
Step 5	Order Summary Page is displayed
Step 8	Click return to return to Last 30 Day Applications table, click View Receipt
Step 9	Receipt is displayed in .pdf
